Leto Store
(1) Order Inspection Upon Delivery
The product must be inspected in the presence of the delivery representative when receiving the order. If any defect is found, the order must be returned immediately with the representative.
(2) Warranty Period
All Leto Store products are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects that appear during normal use.
(3) Replacement Under Warranty
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced free of charge, and the customer only pays the delivery fee (5000 IQD) to the delivery company.
(4) Warranty Conditions
The warranty card must be presented and the product must be returned with all original contents. The warranty does not cover breakage, water damage, misuse, repair outside the store, or missing accessories.
(5) Verification and Cooperation
The customer must cooperate with the Leto Store team and provide the required information. The store may request photos or a video showing the defect before starting the warranty or replacement process.
(6) Legal Responsibility
All purchases and warranty policies of Leto Store are subject to the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and the store reserves the right to take legal action in case of fraud or misuse of the warranty policy.
Full Terms and Conditions
Leto Store
(1) Acceptance of Terms
By completing a purchase or receiving a product from Leto Store, the customer confirms full acceptance of all terms and conditions stated on this page and agrees to comply with them.
(2) Product Inspection Upon Delivery (Mandatory)
The customer must inspect the product in the presence of the delivery representative when receiving the order. Customers are informed of this requirement through a message sent after order confirmation and a notice attached to the product tag stating: “Inspect the order in the presence of the delivery representative.” If any defect is found while the delivery representative is present, the product must be returned immediately with the representative. Receiving the product without inspection is considered confirmation that the product was received in good condition. Leto Store will not be responsible for any issue reported after the delivery representative has left without inspection.
(3) Warranty Period
All Leto Store products are covered by a one-year warranty starting from the date the product is received. The warranty covers manufacturing defects that appear during normal use of the product.
(4) Replacement Under Warranty
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the warranty period, the product will be replaced free of charge according to the conditions stated in these terms.
(5) Warranty or Replacement Request
If a manufacturing defect appears in the product, the customer must contact the platform or page from which the order was placed.
(6) Proof of Defect
Leto Store reserves the right to request photos or a video showing the issue with the product before starting the warranty or replacement process.
(7) Replacement Conditions
To process a replacement request, the warranty card must be presented and the product must be returned with all original contents.
(8) Product Contents
All original product contents must be returned including the original box, cable or charger, remote control (if applicable), and all original accessories. If any of these items are missing, Leto Store reserves the right to reject the replacement request.
(9) Delivery Fees
If the replacement request is approved within the warranty period, the product will be replaced free of charge. The customer is responsible only for the delivery fee (5000 IQD) which is paid directly to the delivery company. Leto Store does not receive any portion of this fee.
(10) Store Inspection Rights
Leto Store reserves the right to inspect the product and verify the cause of the defect before approving any replacement request.
(11) Product Condition for Warranty
The product must be in a condition similar to its original state when requesting warranty service. If the product shows clear signs of breakage, heavy scratches, or external damage, Leto Store may reject the warranty request.
(12) Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover physical damage caused by dropping the product, water or liquid damage, misuse, opening or repairing the product outside Leto Store, improper power usage, using non-original accessories, or missing essential accessories. In these cases, the warranty becomes void.
(13) Warranty Misuse
Leto Store reserves the right to refuse any warranty request if there is evidence of fraud, misuse, or providing false information to obtain an unjustified replacement.
(14) Ownership of Replaced Products
If a product replacement is approved, the replaced product becomes the property of Leto Store.
(15) Legal Responsibility
If fraud or an attempt to obtain an unjustified replacement is confirmed, Leto Store reserves the right to take legal action.
(16) Legal Jurisdiction
All purchases and warranty policies of Leto Store are governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Iraq. The store reserves the right to pursue legal action through the appropriate authorities or Iraqi courts in cases of fraud or misuse of the warranty policy.
